About Eden Banzhaf

An Escrow Officer with a decade of escrow experience, Eden takes great pride in offering exceptional customer service and superior communication. She enjoys working for her clients and assisting them through each step of the title and escrow process. Her desire to help people and her enthusiasm for the industry make her a valuable asset and experienced team member in Meridian Title’s Lehi Branch.

Outside the office, Eden’s personal interests are reading (particularly history and biographies), traveling, musical theater, playing the piano and spending time with her husband and 4 sons. Eden attended Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. She has lived in 7 different states throughout the US and appreciates the unique culture & landscape of each place she has called home. Eden likes dark chocolate, the beach, 90s music and all things Masterpiece Theater.
